2. Payments
We accept payment via Stripe. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. You must follow the instructions on the website to make your purchase.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact us via our contact form (click here).
We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind. If a product is not available for any reason, we may cancel the order and will return any payment you have made.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or for products that are no longer needed after purchase.
If your product is faulty, you must notify us in writing within five (5) working days of receiving it. We will then work with you to arrange a replacement. The total amount of any claim shall not exceed the actual invoice value of the goods. We do not consider faulty or damaged packaging to be a refundable item.

By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or business use, as specified in the product description. You may not resell, redistribute, or give away the original files. We reserve the right to revoke your access if you violate these terms.
